Release setup is incomplete. The publisher must replace every RELEASE_* value and obtain an appropriate legal review before publication.

These terms are an agreement between you and RELEASE_OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME for Turning Circle and its optional online services. By using Turning Circle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game or online service.

The game and online service

Turning Circle is a gravity-maze game that can be played without an account. Campaign progress, settings, and personal records are normally stored on your device. Optional online features let signed-in players sync eligible current-version local bests and future replay proofs for server verification and placement on versioned leaderboards. Internet access, authentication, and leaderboard availability are not required for offline campaign play.

Accounts

• You must provide an email address you control, a password, and a public username to create an optional account.
• Keep your password private; support will never ask you to send it.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated session.
• Your username is public. It must not impersonate others or contain abusive, unlawful, or misleading content.
• You must be legally able to agree to these terms, or use the service with the permission and supervision required where you live.

Fair leaderboard play

You may submit only a result produced by your own play through an unmodified, supported build. You must not:

• alter replay data, completion state, timing, game physics, authentication, or network requests;
• automate submissions, exploit a security flaw, evade rate limits, or interfere with verification;
• access another person’s account or attempt to discover private account information; or
• misrepresent a result or use the service in violation of law.

We may reject or remove unverifiable or incompatible results, correct a board after a bug or ruleset change, and suspend online access reasonably necessary to protect players or service integrity. Physics or campaign changes may create a new board instead of combining incomparable versions. Offline progress is not removed merely because an online submission is rejected.

Your licence

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to run the provided build for private entertainment. You may not sell, redistribute, publicly host, extract assets from, or create a misleading derivative of Turning Circle except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Ownership and feedback

Turning Circle’s code, art, audio, level data, name, and presentation are owned by or licensed to RELEASE_OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME. Your local records remain yours to control on your device. If you send feedback, you permit us to use it without payment or an obligation to adopt it; do not include confidential information.

Availability and changes

We may patch the game, reset or version leaderboards where compatibility or fairness requires it, and suspend or discontinue optional online features. We will give reasonable notice when practicable. Store platforms, devices, browsers, and network providers are outside our control. Export or preserve any local data you do not want to lose before clearing storage, uninstalling, or changing devices.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Turning Circle is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or retention of local records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. The release owner must supply jurisdiction-appropriate liability wording here: RELEASE_TERMS_LIABILITY_LANGUAGE.

Ending an account

You may stop using Turning Circle at any time and can request full account deletion as described on the account deletion page. We may restrict an account for a serious or repeated breach, but deletion and privacy rights remain available.

Law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by RELEASE_GOVERNING_LAW_AND_FORUM, without taking away mandatory protections available to you where you live.
